"Great communications considering it was an on the day booking. Jenny went above and beyond to ensure we was accommodated as a family. We travelled with a portable cot, kettle in room and small fridge. Spacey, clean, tidy and cool. The street could be nosy if you have the front windows open but once closed it's quiet. Would stay again and already recommend a family member to stay! Also great location!"

"Nice hotel, unfortunately by a busy main road. Food and staff are lovely however the windows in the rooms could do with being double glazed, it is quite loud when traffic is going past, especially on a hot day and the windows are open."

"Yes this hotel is a bit dated but we didn’t care about that. The staff were all lovely, the location is fabulous and the food was excellent. We would 100% stay again. One tiny criticism, the bins on the outside terrace were overflowing and seagulls were fighting over the pizza scraps. "

"Quiet location, very handy for the beach. Bar and restaurant were good as was breakfast. Our room was a bit small but comfortable. Other rooms were bigger. Friendly staff."

"Pleasant stay at Grovefield Manor. Close to beach ~ 5 - 6 mins walk. Beautiful sandy beaches, clean and not crowded. Comfy beds and quiet area surrounding hotel. Breakfast good, no cooked breakfast but plenty of options including porridge, crumpets, muffins, cereals, fruit, yogurts, pastries. Very nice restaurant only a few doors away for dinner. "

"We visited Laguna Hotel last weekend. The amenities were nice, however, the pool was always full with children. The pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel amd we never got to use it. "

"We see the reviews and really took a risk as there was not many good ones.when we arrived the hotel does look a little tired it needs a little love and attention to detail but we was pleasantly surprised with our room it was airy and clean and that was our main concern.also we got a up grade so that was a bonus for the price you can’t go wrong tbf everything is near so that’s always a bonus 👍"

"Lovely area very helpful not far from Bournemouth carpark was small but can park on the roads got a space every time breakfast was brill lots to choose from room was clean and pool was great.Staff very helpful "

"Beautiful hotel in great location, room I had was comfortable & spacious for a single room but great to see it was a large single bed so plentiful for me being 6ft 4 tall. Good wifi..sometimes collapsed but came back quickly. Would stay again, this time couldnt experience spa & pool because of achilles injury. "

"We had a wonderful check in service and the rooms (one being a cottage) was lovely. Parking is tight in the car park and the bathrooms are clean but a bit dated but the staff are fabulous and the views and setting are wonderful! "
