"I was given attitude when I showed up at 2PM to check in. No rooms are clean until 4. I sweetly said I'd been driving since 5AM, and was there anything he could do to help me out. He did. He gave me what I think was probably the worst room with a 1st floor spotlight shining directly in the window. Didn't know until it got dark at 8PM. Oh well. Then, someone assigned my room in the middle of the night, so someone kept opening the barred door ...when I asked who it was they said the desk...

"Showed up to this stay to be told they over booked and turned us away. We were tired and ready to relax. Only option given was to move us to a sister property way outside of downtown. They didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience they caused. Felt very unprofessional. Site looked nice but that experience will keep me from coming back."

"The wifi did not work and the person ob duty Simon said it was the adobe walls that caused it. I explained that I needed to communicate with my work and needed reliable wifi. He ket me try another room at the other end of the property and it was no better. He then said it was my laptop causing the problem. I pulled out my iPad and showed him it was the same. I went down the street to the Motel 6 and their wifi worked just fine.
I was only there for less than an hour and asked for a refund...

"This was a wonderful property with great amenities. There was a slight issue about the reservation for both the property and the spa services. However, the staff remained professional and helpful, and both were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. The amenities are great for relaxing and feeling pampered. I'd definitely go again and recommend it for anyone who wants a beautiful way to treat themselves (and their friends)."

"There was a funky smell to the room one night and they offered to bring up air freshener. It cleared by morning. Our tub didn’t feel particularly safe for showers. The tub sloped and there wasn’t much grippy coating left on the bottom for balance on a slippery tub bottom. Breakfast was ok but the ice machine was wicked loud if you sat by it."

"This is a charming little inn in downtown Santa Fe. Our room was nice and clean. The hotel staff were all friendly and also gave a great recommendation for dinner. Parking was very tight but included with our stay. Brunch was a nice buffet with a southwestern theme. It was more work to carry the suitcase up to the third floor but we did have a lot of vacation calories to burn… ask if you need help!"
