"The house was ok except for the mold or what the host calls mildew all over the living room ceiling. There was a lot of mold with drip marks on the living room/dining/kitchen ceiling with drip marks from what appears to have been from the previous roof. This should be handled properly before someone gets sick from the “mildew”."

"The unit was fine for a place to stay. The property manager is slow with check-in instructions and we never received any check out instructions. The manger is absolutely unavailable after normal business hours for any issues that come up, as we found out. The house had been updated recently but the workmanship was of mixed quality. The new flooring was laid over an obviously rotted subfloor juding by how springy the floor was when walking on it."

"I cannot recommend this property enough! The host was kind, communicative, and even checked in on me multiple times during my stay. I will admit, I was a bit skeptical upon viewing the exterior of the property as the location is in a “sketchy” neighborhood (that’s what my Uber driver said when dropping me off), but I was not bothered by anyone a single time during my entire stay.
