"I will say its not very clean and the downstairs bed is terrible. The bedding was awful. There are really big cockroaches. We didnt see a washer and dryer anywhere and there arent instructions. All that being said I am still giving 5 stars because it was exactly what I expected for Louisiana. It suited our needs perfectly and we had a great little stay. The price was what made it seem like it was worth it. Would stay again if we had to. "

"Property was clean. Not in the best part of town according to multiple people we talked to. AC is a window unit. Host was very responsive. Apartment appears to be low rent housing. "

"We stayed here for a girls’ weekend and were pleasantly surprised with how clean the townhouse was. It offered plenty of space for 9 women! And they went the extra mile with coffee pods and soap/shampoo in the showers. It was also in a safe location. Would highly recommend for large groups!"

"Upon arriving, I was met by Melissa & Beau who were friendly and graciously advised me to contact them anytime if we required anything. Great location as we walked to the LSU game. Townhouse was furnished with everything we required for our 2 night stay. Liked the gated parking and large shared yard. "

"Loved the spacious townhouse; especially the private back patio.
The spiral staircase was a bit of surprise but manage to get my luggage up and down with a bit of maneuvering.
Must have car to get around."
