I would never stay here again. When we first walked into our room, I immediately noticed stains on the furniture, including the chairs and lamps. There was also visible mildew in and around the air conditioning unit, with buildup on the vents and surrounding trim. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, making it very inconvenient.
Thankfully, the front desk staff allowed us to change rooms, and those issues were resolved. However, the pool hours were inconsistent, which was frustrating, and the television service was outdated with limited viewing options.
Overall, while I appreciate the staff accommodating our room change, the cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities did not meet my expectations, and I would not stay here again.
