We had a wonderful stay at this super cute and comfortable home! The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our trip. We were in town for a wedding over Easter weekend, and it was such a thoughtful touch that the home was decorated for the holiday.Overall, everything was great. The only issue we ran into was spotting a fairly large cockroach one night. We ended up moving the fridge and taking care of it ourselves. That said, the owner responded very quickly and let us know an exterminator would be coming out after our checkout. It appeared to only be one back there which the internet says in "typical in Florida" but still uncomfortable and unnerving for us in a rental. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others!

This home was indeed cozy, clean and very welcoming! The decor was so well done, which only added to how homey it felt. We also loved the location, as we have tons of family all over Florida and we found this home centrally located to them, making visiting convenient. You'll have everything you need to cook and clean, if needed, too! The beds were comfy, and the appliances were new and functioned beautifully. We didn't use the BBQ grill in the backyard, but it's there if you need it. Our questions were answered within a few minutes by the owner. We experienced no problems at all in our month's stay. We look forward to staying here again!

We had a very nice time at the Cozy Cottage It was very well equipped with everything we needed it was a darling place. We were able to spend quality time with my father who lives in Eustis and we played pickleball and did a lot of biking. The host was very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Very cozy and beautifully decorated! Everything we needed for a relaxing stay! Beds were comfy, couch was comfy and we drank coffee on the porch! My daughter loved the back bedroom! Such cute decorations! Close to everything!

Cozy Cottage truly is Cozy!

We were in town for the Steer and Beef Breeding Shows at the Lake County Fair. The location of the house was perfect and the house was truly a "Cozy" Cottage. It was a great place for us to relax after long days at the fairgrounds. Beds were comfy, the house was clean and comfortable. Angela is a great host. Always responded quickly when we had a question and was warm and welcoming. Definitely on our list to stay again

The inside of the house was clean and the accommodations were nice. Check-in was easy and our hostess communicated with us nicely. The only reason this wasn't given five stars was that the backyard needs a little landscaping and the lawn furniture needs to be up-dated. Even with that I would give this property a B.

I came to visit family in the area. Adorable house, exactly as described. Easy to get to. Decorated beautifully, very homey and comfortable! Appreciated the extra touches like kcups, condiments, etc. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the area!

Good location ... out of Mt. Dora and the number of people attending the blueberry festival, yet close enough to attend throughout the day. Very clean. It would've been nice to have a guest info booklet put together (things to do, places to eat, etc. like other VRBOs I've been to have had. Those are very helpful. We will check its availability next year for the festival!

Weekend golf trip

The property was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we ran into was the TV reception. We used our own you tube streaming account, but for some reason, the picture repeatedly froze up, and we would have to log out and back in to restore the reception. It was very annoying for this to happen while trying to watch the NCAA basketball tournament. We couldn't figure out if it was the Wi-Fi or the television itself. Like I said, that was the only issue we had.
