"Loved the entryway with the water fountain. It was a long walk to the elevator for guests, however, everything was very clean. Our room was great. We arrived late and were quite weary from travel. A welcoming smile from the person working the desk would have been helpful or even some direction about parking or how to find elevators. Parking was limited as it seemed to be a busy evening. "I called and was told there was an airport shuttle but once there that was not true. I had not checked the website which stated such. The hotel refunded money the money even with non cancel but Expedia does not refund money. Very disappointed as I use Expedia for my travel. We canceled and stayed elsewhere.
Tge area and property were not great. Smoking of weed in parking lot when we arrived."

"The night shift young lady was rude and unhelpful. The airport shuttle was inconsistent in timing, so much so that we finally called Uber. We couldn’t pick up our own phone signal anywhere in the building, but their WiFi was not that great either. But day shift staff was very friendly and helpful, and the property was very clean."
