"They over booked the property and when we arrived to check in they informed us so we had to go share a room with family due to the lack of communication and overlooking. They had plenty of time to notify us but waited until we arrived late in the evening Won't ever stay in a Hampton property again."

"The property sits 500 yards off a very busy highway and the noise was unreal. The room smelled the carpet was so soiled I didn't put the luggage on the floor. Bathroom was dingy paint peeling with hole near edge the drain plug was hanging on the soap shelf. It was a HUGE misrepresentation and left out serious issues with the condition of the room on their listing. We decided to leave and find better accommodations had been in the room less than an hour and they charged us a full night and...
