"We had a lovely large room, a casita, that was clean and very quiet. We had a wonderful day, especially sitting outside on the. portal (porch) with the other guests , with a beautiful view of the well-maintained, grassy area and lovely flowers. It was just very welcoming and made you feel at home. The breakfast was well maintained, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The lady at the reception desk was especially helpful and friendly. I would love to stay here again soon."

Asking guests for feedback and then responding with pseudo-intellectual quotes instead of professionalism is a strange approach to hospitality. The issue was never “refinement” — it was simply the guest experience. A respectful “thank you for the feedback” would have gone much further than an arrogant response...
