"Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The room cleaning was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hot water supply was a issue in our room and also water drain in basin also a problem unfortunately, I never really had the opportunity to enjoy a comfortable shower during my stay. "The property and amenities are good. Very family friendly. A key area for improvement is the restaurant - organisation of staff, timeliness and sequencing of food delivery. It was very busy during our stay, the dining experience could not cope with the volume of people."

"No one was there at reception when we arrived … two families with luggage.. worst location.. no electricity in the middle of the night .. no AC or the fan working no one there to listen "

"Very friendly, helpful and amazing staff. Great shower, AC, TV and comfortable bed. The location was just perfect. All the sights were within walking distance. Really enjoyed my stay 👌🙏😊"

"The beach location was fantastic. The staff from management to porters were attentive and welcoming."

"Wonderful stay"

"Clean room, great staff very guest friendly."

"The place is not worth the money. Their website photographs and actual state is very very different. The linen are with holes. Bathroom is stained bcos of hard water. Hot water is not available early in the morning. Room doesn't have coffee kettle set. I had to ask and then got a kettle without tea coffee sachets. Overall keep this as your last option. "

"We had a very nice stay at Hotel Montecarlo. The manager, Vishnu, made sure that we had everything we needed. We were upgraded to the presidential suite, which was very spacious. A large sitting room contained a couch and two love seats and a tv and refrigerator. The bedroom also included a tv and small table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with both a shower and tub. The pool was very nice in the garden outside. We were taken care of at this hotel and would happily return."
