"Room needed cleaning upon arrival, bathroom tub was not cleaned. Unless you request the room to be made is done so otherwise they have a every other day cleaning policy, which means nor the red not shower is made or cleaned. Breakfast is very, very basic and not replenished. Having said that, the Coffee is wonderful, also the staff, brought all my issues to the front Desk and they took action to resolve them. "

"Not sure about pets, though I cannot stand a room that you can smelll of that pet deodorizer , room was clean staff was great and very hospitable breakfast on the go was awesome."

"The staff was nice and it seems like a hip type of place that a younger crowd would really enjoy. I like that it was gated because that neighborhood was seemingly not the best. I did not feel unsafe. What I didn’t like were the hard beds and the mystery stains on the walls a bedding. I tried wiping some of the orange stain off the wall and I think it was spray tan. Overall, if it was cheap I’d say go for it but it is a bit too expensive for what you get. "

"Room was clean and staff were helpful. We only stayed one night for a swim meet so we didnt utilize many amentities. It was about 15 minutes from Oro Valley Pool. Ths hot tub was broken i think so it was dirty but otherwise everything else was good. Right across the street from Tucson Mall. Lots of food and stores nearby. "

"The hotel is clean, but the walls must be made of paper. I was assigned a room adjacent to an elevator, that dinged constantly until about 1AM. That coupled with the loud voices of guests loading and unloading lead to an unrestful stay with an early morning flight to catch. The staff was made aware & would not change the room. It was not the Hilton experience I am accustomed to. The airport shuttle was extremely convenient."

"This location does not have an Airport Shuttle, which adds to the cost of the stay. Also on the edge of town during CARR or to get anywhere, including to any decent restaurants. The most frustrating part is the Wi-Fi is quite poor and I struggled to connect to my computer, but ended up not being able to do any online work there."

"We love staying here on our roadtrips, it works well for our family. This time our room was subpar. There was a horrible smell that could only be described as a “fart smell” in the room. We arrived late and the kids were so tired. They offered for us to change rooms, but we needed to get the kids to sleep.
