"Very nice and clean hotel. Close to everything within town centre. We get upgraded and the staff in the front desk are all wonderful especially Mr Joel. Mr Rodney and Tonya are very helpful as well. Will definitely stay there again when we come back."

"It was a wonderful stay. The motion activated bathroom light was super neat and I quite enjoyed the overall design of our room and of the lobby, everything was nice and clean, and the beds were SUPER comfy!
My only complaint is the screaming children who ran around the hall and right outside our door at 6am, but that is expected when out in public. "

"Our room was really nice. Temperature control was perfect. We had great views of the mountains out the front & back windows. It was just lovely. Parking was outside & $15 a day. This may be a standard Banff cash grab. The room was really inexpensive for Banff, & Banff is awesome. It's a nice place to explore."
