"We had a great stay at Solara Resort & Spa. The owners were very easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions or concerns, which we really appreciated. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. The location is excellent — right in Canmore and only minutes from Banff and surrounding attractions. "This is a gem. Everything in this suite was perfect. The toiletries are excellent, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bed linens are wonderful, the hosts are kind and accommodating, the location and views are excellent, and it’s dog-friendly. The pool and hot tub are great features, but I didn’t get a chance to use them on this trip. Next time...I know I’ll be back!"

"The property looks clean but is an old building and cheap upgrades to make it look new in the unit. There was no hot water and I raised it immediately with the hist but it was not addressed. I asked for an early check out and refund and they said yes. They have still not provided the refund. I would not stay here again. "

"If you are looking for a great view when you wake up in the morning then this is definately a great place. However it needs some work and it was very disappointing for the amount charged, Frank and Mark were easy to communicate with and helpful, unfortunately there was numerous issues and should really be closed for a couple of days to do some much needed repairs. Also I was told there was to be no pets as per the listing however I had to listen to dogs barking all night sometimes past 11pm...
