The staff was very helpful in booking us a tour of Halong Bay as well as transportation to and from the airport which I highly recommend as it was very convenient to have someone waiting for you at the airport and ready to pick you up at the hotel on the return trip. "everything excellent except one thing- note the nail salon close by 7pm and not 10 as i plan my day accordingly and then when i went there at 8 pm the staff already left and also they claim some discount on salon services but you end up spending more as they add service tax and gst on the prices they show you. so please mind that."
