The place was fair away about 20 minutes from Florence but there are plenty taxis available, if you drive a car there is also a lot spots available for parking. The property is great just needs a little be of TLC on the gardens, nice swimming pool, Claudia the property manager was fantastic, she did her best to accommodate us on every details. "I have no complaints about this property. This place lacks nothing a 5 star hotel would have. With the exception of room service but they have a great restaurant /cafe attached to the hotel but not accessible from the inside but the walk is like 30 seconds. Free access to laundry as well as free detergent. Great concierge service as well. I would definitely stay here again! VERY SPACIOUS and beautiful rooms. We would stay here again and again."

"I liked the hotel for my first time in Florence, but I probably would try something different the next time. It was pretty to walk in to and away from the busiest parts of Florence but close enough to walk to in 5-10 minutes, which I liked. The front desk and staff were very nice, especially Martina.
