Access to the beach and Carlsbad Village Drive just a stones throw away. A perfect 2 bedroom condo with all the necessary amenities. Definitely would recommend staying here.

We love these condos. They are a great location. Parking sucks but we knew this from a previous stay. Bathroom could be bigger. We always have a great time when we stay here.

Loved the location! Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There was even coffee ready for brewing. We took advantage of the excellent barbecue area one night with tons of seating and huge fire pit!Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was perfect and in the perfect location.The only caveat was the parking for unit one. It was not attainable for Rav 4. So unless you have a mini cooper, plan on parking in the street.

Great location!

Literally half a block from the beach! I will add the living room furniture all needs to be changed. No comfortable seating and the sofa bed was basically broken and stained. Also, there is little to no insulation above, so you hear every sound the renters make upstairs.

Very clean, nice decor. Upstairs neighbors were very loud children up at 5 AM running, very noisy.

Nice property, BUT….very noisy upstairs neighbors with toddlers running up and down the hallways at 5 Am. Neighbor would not respond to our knocks at the door to try to ask to be quiet.

Our favorite

This was our third year staying in this rental. Great location. Very clean. Has everything you need. My only issue was that this particular unit has an odd parking space near the courtyard. It’s fine for a compact car, but was difficult to maneuver my small SUV into. Will definitely stay again, just in a different unit.

Great Beach Access

Fantastic apartment. This is the second time we stayed here. Nice, clean and beautifully decorated. A 5 min walk to restaurants. Stairs are located 100 feet away to the beach. The umbrellas were all broken, but thats ok. There was a group of obnoxious partiers the first night, located next door to us and a younger couple with an infant. But they toned it down. I didn’t take off any points for that.

We loved the property!

The property was great! The bad part was that VRBO double booked us in a different unit then refunded our money without a message or notice. We were scrambling to find another place the night before we left. We were fortunate to find this condo and Lilly was great! I would recommend this unit but NOT VRBO!!!
