"Had difficulty getting into condo. Property was probably a 5 and not exactly what the pictures showed. Dropped something and it rolled under the bed. The floor had about a quarter inch of dust and dirt and floor was not clean at all in places. One bathroom for three of the bedrooms on main floor and very steep stairs to basement where the forth bedroom was at. "

"Clean, bright, new, comfortable, excellent space. Really appreciated the welcome package. The kitchen is very well stocked with spices and other perks. The book of instructions on the counter is clear and helpful. Nice area, easy walk to pizza and Dunkin. Appreciated the owner accommodating our Sunday time request Would highly recommend this place."

"The property was very clean, the common spaces were spacious. The host was flexible and communication were easy. The proximity to Boston was great for our going in and out. The walk along the river and the views added to our enjoyment. We walked the path a few times and it was very pleasant. A parking space was a bonus. There were 2 if we needed one. All in all, it was perfect for us."

"For what they are charging, they should answer right away as you make questions; I asked about the check-in code and waited almost 6 hours until deciding to call a number that appeared on the app that was not correct, as they told us to call another number to ask for the info. "We were very excited to stay at this property with my mother and her 2 dogs. My husband is allergic, so the dual homes side by side seemed perfect - and with 2 medium-large dogs, 2 fenced backyard areas was perfect in the Boston area. Unfortunately, though the owner was aware we were bringing dogs, he failed to mention that "fenced" actually meant fenced just in 3 sides, not fully fenced. "Very cute studio apartment in the middle of historic Beacon Hill. Location was perfect! 6 min walk to park st subway, Charles st cafes, whole food supermarket. Studio had everything I needed and bed was super comfy. Will stay again for sure! "

Parking is off-street behind the main house, at the foot of the stairs to the private apartment, easily accessible and safe.
