"The hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The kitchen has basics and work well for breakfast and lunch. Close access to Moody Street is great for dinner. The room was very clean and the staff provided towels and sheets as needed. The only thing that could have been improved was booking and checking in. The hotel only opens bookings a few weeks at a time, which makes planning ahead a little bit harder. Our call to ask a question about the hotel before booking was unanswered...

"The kitchen was well-stocked and the room was amazing! The check-in should be smooth but I had booked an early check in, called 6 weeks prior to arrival to confirm, received an email confirmation and called again to confirm an early check in, and had to sit in the lobby while the company that handles check in told the woman at the desk I was lying and didn’t have one like I didn’t have the paperwork to prove it. "Specific unit required serious maintenance and upkeep. Cold showers. Three codes required to enter the building. Elevator was loud and concerning. Carpet was sticky and gross to walk around barefoot. Sixth floor unit windows were closed and so poor that you could hear conversations happening at Street level. Right above a bus stop, cars honking, people exiting bars yelling, Barely slept with two nights. Never write bad reviews, but felt compelled because the experience was so bad."

"Location 10/10, nothing to complain whatsoever about that, in this economy with this much amenities in the room this was great.
Cleanliness 8/10. Only deducted because this is just personal thing nothing they did wrong - I'm allergic to colorants in cleaners and if you are like me and are sensitive to colorants in cleaners (red 40, yellow 5, etc) the bedsheets will suffocate you for sure. I had to go get my own towels, sheets and pillows from tj maxx before being able to sleep. But that also...
