"Despite an impressive foyer reception area the rest of the hotel is tatty and doesn’t deserve a 3 star rating. The only positive thing about it is its good location. I would highly recommend people avoid this hotel."

"Stayed here before and came back as we were attending a gig at the stadium. Being so close to the stadium was super convenient. The staff are super nice and the rooms are clean. Would definitely stay here again"

Celtic Manor Resort
"Absolutely loved my stay here. The facilities and the location are both spectacular. All staff members were just brilliant. Park Plaza Cardiff
"The hotel is tired and has an overwhelming smell of stale smoke in the hallways and bedrooms. Staff were friendly but miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping, meant that requests were missed or forgotten. Best bit of the hotel is the bar and outdoor terrace. The pool was lovely but ..."

"Convenient location to the bay with free parking. Spacious rooms. Bathroom floors could do with a bleach or enzyme mopping. Good choice at breakfast. Staff helpful. Looking forward to coming back"
