"What starts badly ends badly. The reception staff were quite rude, and the duty manager, Carolina, is unpleasant. My experience at the hotel was awful; I didn't feel comfortable from the first moment until the very end. The most tragic thing is that on my last day, the toilet wasn't working. A bathrobe would have been appreciated. The quality-to-service ratio is quite mediocre. The best things about the hotel are the outdoor areas, the pool, and the breakfast!"

"We had a great stay at the hotel. The staffs were really good and helpful too. Location is near to the airport and so if you are planning to visit centraal or cathedral it’s a bit tricky as you would have to catch 2-3 trains to reach there. But travel to Malpensa airport is really convenient.
But I totally loved the hotel and service and would rate 8/10."

"Very nice, small family owned & run hotel. Rooms are all suites. Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet with lots of variety and high quality. Dinner available, simple menu but very good. Nice lounge area with a simple bar.
Spectacular view from our room, that has a large balcony to enjoy the view.
On site parking easily accessible.
There is another hotel accross the road that has a great reastaurant & bar. The staff even recommended it!
