"The rooftop bar is such an incredible view. I was able to invite friends to watch the sunset. The room was incredibly large with a great bathroom. Loved the relaxed breakfast - great choice of food and drinks The airconditioning was not working and so the room temperature was uncomfortably warm when the weather was sunny. The staff were helpful and moved me to a higher room so that I could have the windows open with less noise from the street."

The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. However, if you ask for “garden view” room, it is view from hallway directly outside bedroom which only windows open up to hallway. It is about 15-20 minute drive from Pisa centrale so...

"Beautiful villa just a short drive from Lucca. The room was relatively basic but with an incredibly comfortable bed and in quiet surroundings. The breakfast was fresh and varied and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect for an early morning dip before exploring the surrounding hills and town. I would happily stay here again. "

"Wir haben 10 Tage Aufenthalt im Hotel im Januar genossen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem freundlichen Service unter Berücksichtigung, dass aufgrund der Jahreszeit der Service leicht eingeschränkt war, worüber wir aber informiert wurden. Es ist ein sehr romantisches Hotel in einer wundervollen Umgebung und einer Zufahrt meiner Träume. "Room not very clean, smells so bad, staff "

"This hotel was the worst experience. We got to Pisa around 9:00 PM, took a taxi to the hotel, and found nobody at the lobby because they leave at 8:00 PM. I later discovered they had sent me a message explaining how to check in by myself and that the actual room was located three blocks away from the main hotel building. When you are traveling in a foreign country with no Wi-Fi, sending a message like this the same day is completely useless. This is something guests should be clearly told before...

"Obwohl wir das Hotel nur für die Durchreise gebucht haben und der Aufenthalt weniger als 24 Stunden betrug, war es ein sehr erholsamer Stop. Zimmer sehr sauber, Handtücher wie neu, das Frühstück hatte alles, was das Herz begehrt (p.s. es gab die leckerste Red Velvet Torte, die ich je zum Frühstück gegessen habe!) "The hotel rooms were great, with showers that were amazing. I had to ding the staff a bit due to the restaurant staff. We had some communication issues, but not terrible. The only issue is that it is a bit of a walk to the city center, and you have to go under the railroad either way you go. So expect stairs. Cabs are easy to get, and the staff will assist you. Overall, it was one of the best hotel experiences we had during our two-week time in Italy. "

"The likes are that it has sooo much character . This place is old but that is what makes it so great. There was places that need repair , paint chipping, and skeaky floors n doors but again that is part of what makes this place so real. If only some of the furniture or walls could talk. You can walk everywhere in Pisa from here The roof deck bar service was great in the evening Small dislike was the street noise but still slept well My wife and I will be coming back when we return Pisa"

"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!"

"We had an amazing stay at Villa Marta.Rooms were beautifully decorated,clean and spacious.Toiletries,etc were provided.The area is so quiet and we had a lovely sleep undisturbed by any noise .Breakfast was delicious,abundant and with many choices.Staff was brilliant-both ladies at reception and gentlemen at restaurant.My children loved checking the two resident cats Bianca and Nero a couple of times a day ☺️😂.Definitely will be back one day as everything was perfect!"
