"I appreciated that there are several helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly staff at front desk and concierge to accurately answer my various questions (e.g., closest and best places to change money, how to catch the airport shuttle, etc). Love the location. Very comfortable staying at the YMCA Hotel in Kowloon. Special thank you to Jacky for the Partial Harbour View corner suite on the 13th floor - husband and I loved the views there. "Awesome location right across the street from the MTR metro station. Super helpful and friendly staff from the front doorman to the reception desk staff. When rooms became available, they let us check in early at no extra charge. Safe feeling area. No noise on 14th floor. Beds were a little too firm for us, but not bad otherwise. No place for recyclables. "

"I love this hotel. Stayed many times in the past. Always exceptional staff and willing to help when needed. I forgot my phone in the cab, tired from my 20 hour travel day. They were able to locate the driver and had my phone in hand in less than 20 minutes. Also got my room ready at 8:30 am. They went above and beyond. This is the only hotel I will stay in when coming to Hong Kong."

"Early check-in was well handled and I was tired from an early flight and was able to enter the room without waiting. There were no bathrobes in the room, but they were delivered as soon as I asked for them. All the staff were very helpful."
