For $38 per night, you get what you paid for. In my case, I budget travel. This was the first time I stayed in a guest house anywhere in the world. Majestic House 7 had mostly everything I needed. Most importantly a bed and a private bathroom. The owners were kind and available when I arrived late evening., but otherwise, they weren’t seen the 6 nights I was there. It was very inconvenient that there was less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when I arrived. That was pretty much the only thing that highly annoyed me. Absolutely no extra rolls available. This is always a basic necessity, especially for women. I ended up using my own packs of tissues! I also noticed the batteries inside TV remote no longer worked. The owners need to do a better job to inspect and replace amenities. My first impression was just ok for my overall stay. The location was perfect; just steps away from metro station, parks, museums and many restaurants, bakeries, etc.
