"It was a nice clean and new facility. We did have issues with their fancy TV. 85 and 87 year-old people do not know how to do some of those things involving black magic. Our big issue was the fact that Expedia never updated our reservation. I originally registered for the wrong date. The hotel could not change it because they said the reservation was made by Expedia. I knew nothing about Expedia. I thought I was dealing with the hotel. I paid the extra $103 to have them change my overnight date...

"Nice hotel for the price. We’ve been staying here every summer for about 16 years now. Rooms are very clean. This year we noticed the tub/showers need to be updated. The tub floor feels like you could fall through it. Not sure if the subflooring is underneath. Also, mold stains around base of tub/shower. Update bathrooms and ALL carpeting throughout hotel and it would be super nice. Staff is fantastic though."

"When we arrived, the person at the front desk was having problems with the comouter checking in guests. We waited approximately an hour just to check in. Then, when we got in our room we saw that the bathtub finish was peeling off and the toilet handle was broken and the shower curtain was shredded and brown at the bottom. The sheets were dirty and the couch had a big nasty dirty spot on the seat area. The person at the front desk said that he would let his manager know but nothing was done...

Our TV didn’t work, and we were initially told there were no other rooms available. We were eventually moved, only to wake up the next morning and find that our door would not open. We were locked inside our room for approximately two hours while staff tried to get us out.
Because of this, I missed a 9 a.m. appointment that I had already paid for, costing me money because of a problem that was entirely the hotel’s responsibility.

"There was no problem with the facility - it was very good and we had a very pleasant stay. The problem was with Expedia. We had trouble checking in and when we called Expedia, the lady was not able to help us. I asked several times to speak with a supervisor but was told someone would call me back. If a supervisor did call back, no message was left. I also emailed a complaint to Expedia which was acknowledged with a statement that it would take up to 48 hours to receive a response, NOT helpful...
