"The room wasn't properly cleaned. There was mold/ mildew along the entire bottom of shower curtain. The TV remotes were absolutely filthy & gross with lots of gunk around & on buttons. The ceiling tiles were 75% falling down, you could actually see between the ceiling squares & the space above it with "stuff ??" hanging In there. There were scratches & many repair spots on walls. The sheets I'm not even sure were clean, but was too tired to walk down & up the 600 steep stairs again, but they...

"Excellent hotel to stay at, close to restaurants, stores for shopping, and easy access to highways. Facility was clean, and the rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Definitely a place to stay at while in Grand Rapids."

"I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. It wasn't such a big deal that I wouldn't stay again, but it was quite an annoyance. I believe a ramp...

"Quiet except for the kids playing basketball in the room above ours. Nice breakfast options that filled all our bellies. Easy access to the freeway. Would return to this hotel!"

"There was a dirty towel hanging in the closet. There was also a wrapper from the bar of soap in the shower. The tub did not drain. The sink did not drain and the air filter doesn’t look like it has been cleaned in over a year. When we were leaving in the morning, I told the attendant who was over in the breakfast area. He seemed like he could care less. We stayed at this hotel many years ago a few times and it was a nice place to stay. We will never stay here again."
