"Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus mit dem Pool sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt, es ist ruhig und einige Restaurants sind in der näheren Umgebung, um die Köstlichkeiten zu genießen. Wir lieben Umbrien und werden bestimmt nochmal hier her kommen. "

"I can’t praise this hotel enough. This is the best hotel we have stayed at and we have been holidaying in Italy for 30 years. Definitely somewhere I would recommend and would plan to come back to. It only has 18 rooms so is never busy. There are beautiful outdoor seating areas with shade and bar service. Just wonderful. "

"Excellent location with beautiful views"

"Palazzo Leti is in an amazing location, with views that can't be beat. The staff are super nice. The vibe is old world elegance, but not pretentious, just comfortable. We last visited 20 years previously and it hadn't changed much, even though things had obviously been renovated and updated over the years. The only downside is how difficult it is to get to it through the Zona a Traffico Limitato and the very narrow streets. Highly recommended."

"Ho prenotato questa struttura per visionarla di persona in quanto devo organizzarci un matrimonio il prossimo anno. La piscina e' favolosa e anche gli spazi intorno. Molto bello anche il salone al piano terra e le due case. Ottimo arredamento e climatizzazione perfetta. .E' presente anche una chiesa .il giardino e' pieno di fiori. Ideale per riunioni di amici e familiari. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci."

"Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !"

"Excellent customer service. They stayed connected even though we checked in late. I would come back and plan to stay longer as the grounds have a beautiful pool and garden. "

"Gian war ein sehr guter Gastgeber, immer da wenn man ihn brauchte und es war ihm wichtig, das es uns rundum gut geht.Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt."

"We had a wonderful time at Villa Nova. The grounds were wonderful with a pool and a barbecue, many flowers and fresh herbs if you wish to cook. Giuseppe is a fabulous host and extremely helpful. He has a Villa Nuba gold card which gets you discounts at restaurants, tours, shopping and other things. All of the restaurants he recommended were fabulous. If you plan on going to Perugia I would 100% recommend staying at Villa Nuba!"
