"The hotel was amazing, close to the tube station, beautifully decorated. Rita and co was so helpful and attentive. Can’t wait to come back and try the cocktail bar."

"Absolutely amazing! The staff was incredible and we got a free upgrade to the penthouse!!! Absolutely breathtaking views and you can’t beat the location. I would definitely stay here again if ever back in London. Beds were very comfortable- I wish I could go back there today and just enjoy the hotel, we spent most of our time away from the hotel. Definitely recommend for long stays with all the amenities. PS they have a few laundry pods so you don’t have to bring your own. The laundry was a...

"We had a great stay! Sabrina was so friendly and helpful. We hope to come back soon!"

"Absolutely amazing stay here. We were staying for our 10th wedding anniversary and everyone made us feel special and welcome. Nothing was too much hassle or a problem. The food was delicious. The spa was so relaxing, clean and perfect. The whole stay was phenomenal and we will be back. Thank you for making our anniversary so perfect."

"I left a handwritten note on the morning after our arrival for a three night stay about some issues addressed to the manager. Management didn’t bother to acknowledge my note nor rectify or address ANY of the issues I raised. I find that outrageous and very disappointing. General observation: open large lounge area with workspaces for walk-ins but enough tables for guest. A separate dining area was also inviting and if the weather is ever tolerable they have a nice garden. The room was awkward...

"Enjoyed our stay. Staff were amazing."

"Excellent"

"The staff were great, the room was clean , basic, we looked out onto a brick wall which was quite chlostaphobic. It served a purop"

"Un hotel fantàstic! Molt net, el personal súper amable, molt bones instal·lacions, ambient agradable, habitació neta i llit molt còmode. Un petit entrebanc que vam tenir va ser que hi ha havia la pica del bany embossada i no ens ho van solucionar en tota l’estada perquè no tenien servei de manteniment en cap de setmana! Per un hotel com aquest penso que això és una errada gran… la resta tot perfecte!! "

"Great space, breakfast was lovely and was great having the kitchen too"

"Very nice ambience, good amenities"

"The room is cleaned every day. The staffs are excellent and helpful. The location is good to take the tube."

"The property was in a nice location and had a nice healthy breakfast. The first room we had was very small but adequate. The second room we had with the extra room for our third person the bed was a roll away, an older looking room and we had to go through the dining room, which seemed a bit awkward, and up the stairs with no elevator. The staff was very accommodating however the price was definitely on the high side."

"Bedroom was a good size. Lovely and clean, great view of the shard, good facilities had everything we needed including ironing board, iron and hairdryer in the bedroom. Breakfast was brilliant, good quality food and plenty of options to choose from. Overall a very good stay and would happily return"

"Nice room. Good hotel overall. Handy having a pub downstairs. Felt like just a bed and room place. Breakfast was good."
