"I really liked the way the property looked like from the outside. The spinning fan was broken and there was no hand soap nor shampoo or conditioner provided. There was a mini fridge and microwave which was nice. Once you got your keys for check in, it was very independent and you were able to walk in and out as you pleased. When we first arrived, very minimal greetings/communication was said and it felt very awkward. It was located with many bar options outside and close the the University which...

"Although the hotel is somewhat wheelchair accessible, the ramp from the front lobby to the elevators are fairly inclined and can be hazardous to an unfortunate inconvenienced person, as in too much luggage, and/or kids, in addition to accompanying a wheelchaired co-traveler that needs assistance with their chair. I wasn't able to make it to breakfast, so I can't give my opinion on this side of it.
Otherwise, the staff, cleanliness, and overall comfort or, comodez o comodidad, in Spanish, was...

"Our stay was good. Rooms were cleaned daily. The Balcony I would not book again. they pigeons were always on ledge and made it dirty with their poop. I don't think the outside balcony was cleaned though-out our stay. It kept us from enjoying it - and although its ocean view you face the street and hear the cars at night along with the waves of the beach, past the street view. I think it was an extra expense of money that i could have saved."

"This property has amazing customer services. The pool and outdoor area was amazing. They have an indoor and outdoor bar, and they offer guest credits daily during the stay. The only issue is that this is a pet friendly hotel and some areas had a slight pet smell. Not a dirty or unclean smell, just a pet smell, but not loud and profound. I would pick it again though."

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! We loved the convenient location, very close to the airport, beach and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The entire staff was attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help with all our needs.
A special thank you to Isael who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of by assisting us in Spanish.
We truly had a fantastic experience...
