"This location was as advertised and an excellent place to stay. We were met at the vaporetto stop and escorted to the rental. We arrived a day early prior to a cruise so a location close to St. Mark’s didn’t matter. Enjoyed a quieter part of town. make "

"The lady at the desk is super helpful! The room was very roomy and had a washing machine which was great. The hotel is close to the bus station, so you can get to Venice very easily! The hotel is kind of dirty. The trash is piled high by the dumpsters. The gate has a code but anyone can open the gate by turning the permanent key (that you also have to do to get out). The free parking was great, the price is super low, so for what we needed it really does deliver. "

"運河が見えるホテルを探しましたが、どこも高額すぎるためアパートタイプのこちらの宿を予約。シャワー、トイレ、エアコン環境は快適、ミネラルウォーター、ネスプレッソカプセルのサービス、冷蔵庫、シャンプー、ハンドソープもありました。ベッドから運河見え、のんびり過ごすことができました。駅から近いため、人混み感はありますが、橋を渡らなくてもホテルにたどり着けるため、ホテルまでは大きな荷物があっても問題なくたどり着けました。難点はホテルにはエレベーターがないことのみ、しかし室内で1階あがるだけの階段のため、エアコンも効いているので、ゆっくり運ぶことができたので、大きな問題ではありませんでした。余裕を持って72時間前までに利用税や、賃貸契約の手続きを済ませるよう、オーナーさんからメールが来ていましたが、旅行中のため全くチェックをしておらず、ベネチアへ向かう電車の中から連絡を取り、バダバタな状態でしたが、滞りなく手続きをすることができました。最終日はチェックアウトは10時ですが、その後ホテル内の邪魔にならない所に荷物を置くことも、許可していただき、終始とても快適に過ごすことができました。"
