"This place was perfect, we all had plenty of room. The neighborhood was very quiet and pretty. We walked to the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. Gladys was very easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely come back here again soon. "

"The hotel was fine but the the aircondition was a bit tricky to handle. When you open the windos it become a cross draft that builded a sound through the apartmentdoor. The kitchen ware was simple but was missing a kitchen knife. Had a breadknife. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast fine. For those who like sweets it was plenty. "

"Look no further. I spent hours looking for a place to stay. This is a great property! It is a full apartment with a kitchen and washer and dryer. It is very modern and spacious. The apartment was very clean and the shutters that roll down on both windows helps with sleep. The neighborhood is great! There are many food options close. Check-in was a breeze. I will stay here in the future."

"Beautiful property with wonderful remote check in process. Two beautiful bathrooms, full kitchen, bathroom, and sofa bed were all amazing. Comfortable bedding and pillows. There is a train that runs in the street in front of the apartment periodically but we were so jet lagged it didn’t bother us. With the windows closed it’s not very loud. "

"Villa Patrizia provided a wonderful stay. Charming and comfortable buildings. Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking. Beautiful views, and the location gives you a taste of the Italian countryside. I highly recommend booking here."

"This was sooooo much more than a room, it was like a small apartment. Modern, updated/new, extremely clean and the location, near to a train station was awesome. The local restaurants and grocery stores made everything extremely convenient and stress free. "

"Perfect location. Right next to the metro. Very easy to ride. Great quiet neighborhood with not too many tourists. Phenomenal cheap restaurants nearby all within ten minutes. Supermarket is a 5 minute walk. The only drawback is the worlds tiniest sketchy elevator. Apartment on the 7th floor. High ceilings means lots of stairs if you so choose. Host is extremely responsive and very helpful. "
