"Arrived at property and check in went smoothly. Staff was responsive. Room was warm and messaged staff about air. Got response on how to turn it on yet there was no remote for split system so they told us to turn on the fan. My issue is they knew there was no remote and air wasn’t working bc they put a fan in the room. "The hotel is beautiful and the decor is as far from bland as you can get. You really know you’re in Venice in this hotel. The best thing about staying at this hotel is the location - very quiet but only a 3 minute walk from loads of great bars and restaurants. The Cannaregio area is so lovely and feels far away from the heaving tourist heart of Venice, even though it’s only about 25 minutes walk away. The hotel also runs a shuttle boat 2/3 times in the morning, returning early evening. €8 pp....
