"Really liked this hotel. Was nervous about the virtual reception, but it worked really well. We got there early going to leave our bags while we explored and didn't know how this would work with no reception. But the virtual receptionist was brilliant, spoke to a real person who checked us in and even got us in our room early. Same food experience when checking out and leaving luggage at the end of our stay. Hotel room was nice and comfortable. Great location. "

"We arrived later than planned but one of the team stayed to ensure we could check in which was great. Room was super clean; lovely to have access to cutlery for our late night takeaway dinner; such a luxury to have underfloor heating in the bathroom, and breakfast was simple but just what we needed to set us up for the day. Will be back next time and make sure we get some time organised in the spa on site!"

"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. "We hadden een deluxe kamer geboekt in dit leuke hotel en het is zeker een aanrader. Het zelf-inchecken ging heel makkelijk en de kamer was goed te vinden. Je merkt wel dat de kamer al een tijdje meegaat door de schade aan de kozijnen en de verzakking (vanaf het raam naar de deur liep het naar beneden af). "Really lovely place to stay, which is a hybrid of B&B and self catering, depending on which apartment you stay in. You essentially get the benefits of both! We had the family room which was equipped with a kitchen, which was perfect for our needs. As a result, we didn't sample the breakfast, but it looked good.
