"Every time I stay at this particular location, I’m always treated with a warm welcome. The rooms are clean. It’s very quiet and very convenient. The location, and I absolutely love how they allow one free pet. It just really helps, especially when you travel a lot. Great staff! And really, really affordable"

"The room was never cleaned, and after asking multiple times I was given the linens and towels to do it myself. Staff attitude was terrible, completely dismissive, very understaffed. Housekeeping is seen randomly in the evening hours. Will not ever stay here again, and to my dismay I found a roach in the restroom door frame."

The breakfast help did not address the most urgent needs first which was “no coffee.” We waited at least 45 minutes for it. We had coffee...
