"Nice hotel, not the greatest area, too much for parking"

"Our reservation for three rooms was not honoured, so we had to make do with two rooms for seven people. The pool was filthy and so was the hot tub. There was a dirty pillowcase left behind in one room. Breakfast was not good. There was only a single double slice toaster for too many people, the eggs were so dried out they were inedible, the breakfast room was uncomfortably hot so the air conditioning was probably not working. The decor was nice and the riverside garden looked nice."

"I booked a “deluxe” room with a valley view, but the window was frosted/shaded like a bathroom window — so much for the view. The shower had almost no water pressure and made a loud, unsettling noise, like the pipes were about to burst. We were charged for parking, which wasn’t mentioned when I booked. Breakfast was overpriced for what you got — $75 is hard to justify. we paid over $300 for a deluxe room with two queen beds and a “view,” which felt like a significant overcharge given the...

"Staff quite rude, very noisy room. Ok for 1 night"

"No fitted sheets on the bed. There was a half used bottle of shampoo in the bathroom. The 2nd floor walk way into the hotel room was very uneven and was also cracking. They put mats over top to cover the cracking. Seemed very unsafe. The edges of the pool were dirty and the hot tub edges were also dirty. Won’t be staying here again."

"Toilet plugged in our room, the second plunger I was given allowed me to fix it myself! The second lock on the door was broken, the Kleenex box in the bathroom had two tissues in it, no plugs for the sink or bathtub, no face cloths. We were given two room cards to unlock our room, only one worked - went to the office twice to get it working, with no luck so I gave up. The bed mattress was great though!"

"The beds were lumpy and you could feel the springs in the mattress and duct tape was holding some part of the box spring together. Coffee pods were old, carpets were dirty, no blow dryer, everything old and dated. Did not feel safe or secure, noisy with other tenants yelling at each other Will not choose to stay again."

"The hotel seemed like it was recently built. Was definitely impressed but seeing a big box truck roll up and employees unloading dozens and dozens of large suitcases from it, way way more than the amount of people that were even at the hotel, had us beyond curious"
