"Had been advertised as having a hot tub but it did not. Pool closed for winter. Room was nice but was missing the tea and coffee which was unfortunate as I really wanted a coffee in the morning without having to go to the front desk. We did like there were cutlery and dishes and microwave and toaster oven. That was convenient and helpful. Staff were nice"

"Adequate hotel. Very clean, night manager is very nice to deal with. Requested extra blanket and received very quickly. Cons...1. Lady wandering around smoking in front of every no smoking sign on the walkway to our room (not really the hotels fault except that no one stopped them), 2. Pool is supposed to be open until 10:30 and it was but there were no lights on so I turned them on (if they wanted to have no lights when no one is in why don't they install movement sensor lights). After swim and...

"Scott’s Inn and Suites is truly a hidden gem! Although the property is a little older, it appears to have been renovated and is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The three-bedroom suite was perfect for a trip with my mom and aunt, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together.
The real standout, though, was the staff! They were absolutely fantastic — friendly, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made us feel at home. Exceptional customer service can make all the difference,...
