"We stayed here in July for my daughter’s new student orientation at OU. The location was great, the hotel was beautiful, and our room was very spacious and clean. The weather was very hot during our stay, but the air conditioning maintained cool temps in our room at all times. We will stay here again in the future when visiting OU."

"The room was filthy and had broken flooring and door trim. There is no hot tub as advertised, and the pool was unusable. I could go on and on but it just makes me more mad. I'm filing an official complaint. Don't waste your money here and if you do, say hi to the creepy guy who wanders the hallways. He'll go the other way."

"The staff at this property were very pleasant. However, a king bed suite, had 1 spoon, 1 fork and 1 pan that looked like it had been saved from the civil war. I had to clean the kitchen area as it was dirty; I used clorox wipes and you could see the dirt on it. It was over 90 degrees every day and the pool was CLOSED! Breakfast was fair, but no different than any of the hotels that offer breakfast. This location did not feel up to a Wyndham standard. We asked 4 times for another spoon...

"The room was nice and breakfast was good. Staff did a great job. The downside was paying as much as I did for the room and charged for parking when I arrived. They have just a flat ground with lots of parking spaces. Then they put two bottles of water in the room with a sign saying they will cost $4/each. Why is that is needed? I will be back next month but won’t stay there."

"The room and property was well kept and very clean. The breakfast was awesome. Very goid foid, great set up, easy to get the foid. Tables were clean."

"The room that I got was not cleaned as good as it should have been. Deadbolt did not work. They had some guest that smoked marijuana (skunk weed) inside through their room and didn't do anything about them. I could smell it down the hallway and it actually infiltrated in my room under the door and it made me sick smelling it when I was trying to go to sleep. I reported it to the staff and they down the hallway and sprayed air freshener and getting kick out those people there was no smoking...

"Not enough towels for a family on the family suite. We went to check in at 4:00 and our room wasn't ready. We left and came back about 5:00 and it was ready. Only one person at front desk so we had to wait several times. Breakfast had a great variety and was tasty,even though the dining room was very full. Overall a good experience. I was hoping the hot tub was working but was under repair."

"Selected this hotel because it listed a restaurant, bar and pool. All were closed. I had stayed here 10 years back."

"The property looked older on the outside and inside. Everything we needed worked. The customer service was great and they were very attentive to what I had told her when I first checked in. It didn’t matter what time of day we spoke with any of the employees their customer service was very good ( that’s rare these days). Room was very clean and big"

"We had to leave because they're were bed bugs. We were told a refund from Expedia would be issued but still havent gotten the refund"
