"The hotel was in the process of refurbishing. The room was nice, but the automatic door to check-in did not work. It was like a beach hotel to include a pool. Great view of Lake Havasu, and nice photos taken through the fence. Half a mile or so walking distance to the London Bridge. Restaurants and shopping in that area. Very nice."

"I never leave negative reviews but anybody coming to this property needs to be very aware the room was in terrible condition the blankets were very old the pillows are old the carpet was very dirty huge gaps between the bottom of the door and the hallway outside you get two towels and if you don't drop them on the floor and the hallway in the morning you do not get clean towels I feel like the property is probably set up for low income living and they rent out available rooms when they have them...
