"The photos are fake and the price is very high its just a 1 star hotel."

"The hotel is modestly price and is excellent for an individual or family to stay depending on their needs while staying in Madinah. I have stayed here before and was under the impression that there shuttle services were still available. The trash cans are absolutely disgusting inside the bedroom. The refrigerator needed to be clean as well. No one offering to come clean the...

"Confirmed reservation from Expedia was not received by hotel and they had no reservation even though made weeks ago. Hotel claims it was Expedia issue while Expedia did not do anything effective to help so overall terrible experience."
