"We had a wonderful stay at Chiostro San Francesco. The staff were all very friendly and helpful — special thanks to Luigi and Elisabetta for making our experience extra special. Luigi took the time to show us how to get around with local transportation and was so accommodating throughout our stay.
The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and you can tell it’s kept updated with care. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The amenities were excellent, and...

"The 20% dinner discount was offered, but we didn’t use it. Very courteous staff, and excellent clean rooms. A bit far from center, so transport is an issue. We used a bus to shuttle to the center. A taxi to the marina costs 50 euros. So be careful "

"The property is in a great location, handy for train and airport links but near to the historic centre of Naples. We walked everywhere from there.
It is in a residential street so you are in the middle of the local Napolitans, with their washing out on the balconies and scooter mayhem down below. A real experience.
Only thing we hadn't fully appreciated is that reception is only manned during office hours so it is important to communicate bu WhatsApp with the manager before you arrive but it...

"We had an amazing stay. This place is a small family run hotel and they made us feel so welcome. The pool area is great with lots of lounging options. Our room was great with everything we needed. Area is close to restaurants but off the main road so it was quiet and peaceful. "
