"It’s hard to accurately describe how wonderful Livia’s Villa is, so I’ll offer this comment from a friend who arrived first: “It’s like stepping into a dream.” 15 of us traveled from the US and a few points in Amsterdam to celebrate my husband’s birthday. No one wanted to leave.The property is gorgeous, Livia is an exceptional host, the town and many amenities are close by, and Nonna Maria’s dinner on the first night was wonderful. We’d absolutely come back and are already planning our trip! "

"A magnificent property. Very quiet and extremely clean with all the amenities. The view is spectacular and the pool is great for early mornings, late nights and especially during the heat of the day. The hosts were amazing, left us deserts and we parted with more of them… they left food for us, coffee, tea, sugar, pasta, cookies etc. Treated us like family. They were very responsive if we had questions… the beach is so close as is many of the local attractions… the full moon was extra special. I...

"The outdoor area was spectacular - gorgeous views, beautiful pool and lots of seating areas. We also enjoyed the large well equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining room area. The bedrooms were small, but the beds were comfortable and each had an ensuite toilet and shower. Be aware that the final kilometre to the property is on a narrow bumpy road, and that the toilets are very small and the lights are hooked up to noisy fans, if that's the kind of thing that may bother you or your partner! ...

"Un appartement avec une vue de rêve. Un plaisir de se réveiller et d'admirer ce paysage magnifique. L'appartement situé au 3eme étage, est tres fonctionnel, et bien agencé. Tout est fourni, y compris les parasols qui sont dispensables.Fiorenza est tres agréable et serviable malgré la barriere de la langue. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. "

"Everything was perfect. Only mosquitos were pain and very bad wifi connection and not reception at all. But in fact this might be taken as positive fact 😉 Path to the sea direct from the garden was steep but short. Most of the time we were almost alone on this beautiful beach with great acces to the water. I regreted not to take my paddleboard with me. Great conditions for SUP. Kids were playing for hours in this shalow water and sand. Supermarkets, restaurants are very near - aprox 10-15min....

"This is a lovely vacation rental, clean, comfortable and quiet.The owners are exceptionally helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and their house was very well equipped with all the necessities.The valley of the Temples is an easy drive away and Sciacca is a must see. We really enjoyed discovering this region of Sicily and would highly recommend this rental."

"Das Ferienhaus ist nahe eines privaten schönen Strand gelegen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft.Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und über eine private Straße zu erreichen. Somit sind auch traumhafte Nächte mit unzähligen Sternen am Himmel zu beobachten. Es ist gut ausgestattet mit allem nötigen! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und angargiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder"

"Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach wunderbar. Das Haus ist sehr familienfreundlich, mit viel Spielzeug für die Kinder. Die Gastgeberin Betty war herzlich und immer hilfsbereit, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Der Außenbereich mit Pool war fantastisch, und der Blick unter den Olivenbäumen hindurch zum Meer, direkt von der Einfahrt aus, war einfach atemberaubend. Besonders toll fanden wir den Garten, aus dem wir frische Tomaten, Melonen und Kräuter ernten konnten. Alles war bestens...

"ottima accoglienza da parte del proprietario, che si è, tra l'altro, prodigato per mostrarci spiagge e luoghi da visitare, ci ha inviato memo e foto di locali e strutture e si è reso disponibile in qualsiasi momento per risolvere qualsiasi problematica (non ce ne sono state). La struttura è un pò distante da Sciacca, ma gode di un panorama unico, direttamente affacciata sul mare. "Maison de vacances typique des campagnes Siciliennes au milieu des vignes et oliviers.Belle piscine privée, vue dégagée sur la mer et sur les ruines de Selinunte. Tout en étant dans la campagne, il y a un accès facile aux commerces et réseaux routiers pour visiter toute la région..L'accueil par le propriétaire est exceptionnel, nous avons pu partager avec lui sa passion pour ses cultures de raisins, vergers, huile d'olive et la production de vin. Verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten um den Pool, im Garten und vor den Häusern bieten bei Bedarf Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Das Anwesen liegt ruhig und trotzdem sind in der Umgebung (zur Not auch fußläufig) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu finden. Im sogenannten Poolhaus ist die gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Außengrill steht auch zur Verfügung. Hier kann man gut die Fische von der Fischauktion...
