"Close to restaurants"

"Check in was very easy and staff was wonderful. The room we had was very old school fashion/Hollywood. It was really beautiful. We even went to the bar upstairs my sister and I had gotten several appetizers to share everything we had gotten was yummy. I would go back again."

"1) It took 20-30 minutes to check in, after the queue wait. 2) checked in into an occupied room!! 3) restrooms at checkin are not open. You need a key. And then you have to wait in queue to get the key. 4) first, no apology about checking in into an occupied room. Then, when being recorded, they checked into a correct Room. 5) very basic pool"

"The property and rooms are not well cared for… bathrooms disgusting with hair and dust everywhere, curtains falling from the windows… they also charge $8 per car for parking which is ridiculous given how much we paid for a private room ($150 a night). For this price, it’s better to just get a hotel."

"The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. "

"Such a comfortable stay for events in Sacramento. Have been able to enjoy this place during a wrestling event and concert. The pool and hot tub is great, they have gym and laundry for accessible amenities! Not to mention the continental breakfast for the morning ALWAYS satisfies. Appreciate the staff from the front desk to house keeping for making our stay great!"

"The rooms are perfectly designed. Full sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, roll around desk, sliding black out blinds, bathroom night lights and quiet air conditioners. I travel a lot and find the rooms and set up perfect for my needs. Staff was casual and professional. I did not have the breakfast as my departure was before they open. Great small hotel in an older part of town. Definitely stay there again when visiting Sacramento. Perfect rooms."

"The room itself was nice and clean. Our bathroom had two shower heads however only one had warm water. We did not try to have both on at the same time but one of the shower heads only switched on and off it seemed. Our bed was so worn that the middle of both sides sinked in and sleeping on the foot end did not alleviate it much. The breakfast is self-serve for two hours.
