"This apartment was PERFECT for our family of 5! It had everything we needed to enjoy a family reunion up in Pioche! Sarah was very easy to contact with any questions and you couldn't have asked for a better location! The beds were so comfy and it was so nice to have a full kitchen to work with. We definitely will be staying here again."

The assigned covered parking for the unit is not near the building (the building isn’t even visible from the parking stall) and there were no directions to find the actual building/unit. Just a parking stall # and Unit #. Took a few minutes to find, we ended up parking in an uncovered stall closer...

"The bedrooms are smaller than expected. The downstairs bathroom is common, not reserved for the bedroom. So, "Master suite" is not actually accurate.
The downstairs shower did not work. The upstairs shower was iffy. The host had a plumber come and fix them both while we were there. He said no one had mentioned it before.
The hot tub was out of order at the pool area, apparently for more than the last week. Again, the host said no one had mentioned it before.
Limited kitchen items, dishes,...
