Spectacular Views at HawkRidge

Newly remodeled, upgraded gorgeous private condo perched on a hillside with beautiful, unobstructed mountain views in all directions providing spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the patio.

The space
The condo is perfect for weekend getaways or long-term stays. The living area features stylish and comfortable furniture and a 66 inch Roku TV with ROKU Guest installed for signing into streaming stations. Leather couch folds into a hide-a-bed for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials, including spices, condiments and cooking oil. Coffee maker, coffee, creamer, and sugar are also provided. Fast food, casual and fine dining options are just minutes away. Each bedroom has a Roku TV, comfortable beds with luxury sheets and extra pillows and blankets. There are luggage racks in both bedroom closets.
The bathrooms come supplied with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in individual dispensers. The in-unit laundry is complete with detergent and dryer sheets.

Guest access
Enjoy the on-site hot tub (open year round) and pool (heated seasonally), and workout facility. The patio is equipped with an electric grill, or there is also a charcoal grill under the gazebo. One covered parking spot included, with additional uncovered parking spots, and a large RV parking area for trailers and toys available. A cooler and 4 outdoor chairs are provided in the coat closet for day trip adventures.

Other things to note
Located adjacent to the famous Wolf Creek Golf Course, with several more world-class golf courses nearby. Mesquite offers countless hiking and ATV trails, casinos, festivals and more! Nearby are Valley of Fire, Zions National Park, Virgin River Valley, Petroglyphs, and Las Vegas.

There is a No Smoking Policy, both in the condo and on the patio.

Fantastic, cozy and well kept place with a lovely host. All the little things needed (i.e. body wash, body lotion, laundry detergent etc) were provided. The hosts are super friendly and very helpful. We truly enjoyed the stay!

Super nice condo, with an amazing view of Mesquite! Super clean, spacious, quiet and very comfortable! New washer and dryer. Nicely stocked kitchen, felt like i was home with all the spices to choose from! Pauline was a very gracious host! Always answered quickly, wanted to be sure we were settled and happy! Check in and out was seamless. Very nice complex! Absolutely would stay again, thanks for a great week!

Fantastic weekend golf trip

Stayed here for weekend golf trip between Christmas and New Years Day with my son. Very clean and quiet. Easy to get to. Close to grocery store (Walmart) and restaurants. Used hot tub in evenings, pool wasn't heated because were there in January but was nice facility. Nice washer and dryer. Kitchen well equipped/supplied. Easy access to the golf courses we played (Wolf Creek about 2 minute drive away). Not a gambler but one of casinos was less than a 5 minute drive away. Was perfect place to hang out in the late afternoon and evenings after golfing. Hosts were great--very good and timely communication. Was perfect for my son and I. Definitely want to stay here again on future trips to Mesquite.

Best Holiday!

We stayed 4 nights over Christmas! The check in process was easy, we were able to check in an hr early (Thank you!) The views from the condo were excellent…. And the unit was quiet. It was great to have basic seasonings and kitchen equipment. Overall was a great experience! I’d live there if I could! lol PS: (never used the hot tub but hopefully next time)

Holiday weekend

The condo was in a quiet complex that was conveniently located near coffee shops and grocery stores for easy access. The 2 bedroom condo was neat and fully furnished, although the mattresses were in need of updating, or added pillowtops. Our family enjoyed our stay Mesquite while visiting family for the holiday weekend.
