Beautiful large property with private heated pool

  • Esta es una casa familiar realmente impresionante, de nueva construcción, separada. Ha sido diseñado con cuidado y decorado a un nivel muy alto. Se encuentra a unos 5 minutos (en coche) de la playa de Calheta. Y aunque hay una serie de servicios locales a una corta distancia a pie de la casa, se recomienda alquilar un auto para aprovechar al máximo todo lo que hay que ver y hacer en esta hermosa isla.

    El supermercado más cercano y el restaurante tradicional de Madeira se encuentran a unos 5 minutos a pie de la casa.

    La casa se compone de:
    3 habitaciones dobles y 3 baños (1 con bañera, 1 con ducha, 1 wc)
    Cocina abierta y gran salón.
    Gran balcon
    Barbacoa a medida / cocina / comedor al aire libre.
    Gran piscina privada (climatizada con energía solar) y jardines, con vistas al campo de Madeira.

    Ideal para familias con niños (de todas las edades) y parejas.

    EN DETALLE:
    La casa tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y lavadora (en el área de lavandería).
    Ropa de cama (sábanas, mantas, almohadas) están incluidas.
    Las toallas de baño también están incluidas, al igual que las toallas de playa.
    Hay una plancha, tabla de planchar y secador de pelo.
    Hay una selección de juguetes (y libros para U10s)
    La casa también tiene un garaje incorporado con espacio para 2-3 coches.
    Sistema de alarma y cctv exterior.

This home and property was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. A car is a must but the location is great for both hikes in the Rabacal area and trips to lovely Calheta and other towns along the south-west coast. We would highly recommend this property for either traveling friends or families.
Pool area and patios.
Views to Calheta and beyond.

We do travel a lot and want to express that the house and its cleanliness is outstanding. We enjoyed the views and the pool. The contact with Ana was very friendly and prompt.We highly reconmend this property.

The house is really spacious with very big terrace and pool, and surrounding fence (part wall, part natural) that gives you enough privacy from other houses. The terrace gives a nice view of the ocean on one side. The whole area is very peaceful and quiet.A huge spacious garage is definitely a plus because your car is always in a shade and you can even play table tennis there. The beds were too small but besides that everything was really good.Ana is a very helping host and she took care of everything that we asked for asap. I would definitely recommend the house.

Superbe maison, avec tout le confort nécessaire et une très belle vue . Ana et son frère son disponible si il y a un soucis dans la maison. Nous avons passé de très belle vacances. Je recommande les yeux fermé !!

Das Haus war wunderbar, sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man gebraucht hat. Der checkin Vorgang war super easy. Die Kommunikation war super und immer schnell.Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, ein bisschen schmal, aber gut.Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt!Gerne wieder!

Scenic location in residential neighborhood, but within very short driving distance of restaurants,

Host is very welcoming and attentive. Clean, spacious, modern accomodations. Recommend car. Scenic and quiet neighborhood. Great " base camp" to explore the entire island. Stayed for the full month of May. An amazing experience!

Logement idéal pour découvrir madère. Beaucoup de randonnées dans l’ouest de l’île. Seul bémol : chauffage de piscine à 30€/j non inclus contrairement à ce qui était marqué dans l’annonce donc quasi non utilisée car non chauffée pour pas augmenter les frais. Sinon tout super !

Allt funkade, men det var väldigt kallt när vi kom. Dubbelsängarna är bara 140 cm breda, så det var väldigt trångt, och de täcken som finns är tjocka dubbeltäcken, så det blir krig om både plats på sängen och om täcket när man är två...

Villa mit Pool und Garten

Alles wie beschrieben, freundlicher Empfang durch Duarte, alles sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, Garten und Pool sind sehr schön. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit schöner Aussicht und praktisch für alle Unternehmungen im Westen der Insel. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Unkomplizierter Check-out mit Schlüsselbox. Würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Schönes, modernes, freistehendes Haus

Verbrachten 10 wunderbare Tage in Calheta. Sehr schönes und großes Haus, für 6 Personen geeignet - für 4 Personen optimal. Sehr schöner Pool mit großzügigem Aussenbereich und vielen Terassen. Sehr lange Sonne am Nachmittag durch Süd-, Wedtausrichrung. Gerne wieder

Schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung.Während unseres Aufenthalts stand uns der Pool beheizt zur Verfügung. Zur Begrüßung wurden uns ein Obstkorb und frische Blumen hingestellt.Auf Fragen hat Ana immer sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert.Die Doppelbetten waren uns persönlich etwas zu schmal und verfügen lediglich über eine große Bettdecke. Leider war das Wetter anfangs durchwachsen, so dass es im Haus kühl und feucht war. Hierfür standen uns jedoch elektrische Heizkörper zur Verfügung. Wie fast überall auf Madeira benötigt man definitiv ein Auto, welches man in der großen Garage parken kann. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wunderbar ausgerüstete Villa

Wunderbar saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa mit toller Aussicht und guter Lage in Calheta. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und waren begeistert von der gut ausgerüsteten Küche! Leider ist der Pool nicht beheizt und war im Oktober trotz schönem Wetter zu kalt für lange Bäder. Das Haus liegt perfekt um mit dem Auto alle möglichen Ausflüge über die Insel zu unternehmen.

Beautiful large home in Calheta (Western side of island) with huge kitchen and pool. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Plenty of room for family of 4. Nice porch with view. Washer/dryer (dryer limited). Amazingly hilly, windy roads so you really need a rental car. I would arrive during the day as difficult to find at night. Local town has several restaurants on the Marina and large supermarket. Pool heater was broken but it was rainy so not sure we would have used pool much anyway. Easy to get to hiking though a longer drive to Eastern or Northern shore hikes (1 1/2 hours). If you are looking for large entire home with nice views away from the city this is a great place!

Zwei wunderschönen Wochen

Das Haus ist genau, wie auf dem Internet. Die Lage ist ruhig. Der Strand von Calheta ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die schöne Levadas sind auch in der Nähe, genau wie die Restaurants und die Supermärkte. In jedem Fall soll man ein Auto mieten. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll mobiliert. Alle Geräte funktionieren reibungslos. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es eine Flasche von Madeirawein, frische Früchte und ein wunderschönen Blumenstrauss.

The property was comfortable and peaceful with sea views, and well-located for levada walks. We mostly stayed in of an evening, rather than eating out, to enjoy the ambience. Access was steep, so if hiring a car, we would recommend taking account of that. The pool was a little cooler than we are used to, but was fine in the daytime early October sunshine. We would book it again.

Super Objekt für die ganze Familie

Das Haus ist so wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Die Aussicht auf den Atlantik und die Ausstattung des Hauses sind super. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief unkompliziert. Ich würde das Haus jedes Mal wieder buchen. Einfach nur top. Und definitiv nach deutschem Standard sehr gehoben ...

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Ein rundum tolles Haus. Besonders gut hat uns die gut ausgestattete Aussenküche und der Pool gefallen. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man einen entspannten Urlaub, ohne Einschränkungen, verbringen kann. Besonders gut fanden wir die sehr große Dusche und den überraschend guten Wasserdruck. Alle Elektrogeräte sind auf dem neusten Stand der Technik, ausser vielleicht die Filterkaffeemaschine. Es ist ein Stabmixer und ein Standmixer vorhanden. Auch sind Handtücher und Strandtücher in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die jederzeit ansprechbar ist. Vom Balkon hat man eine grandiose Aussicht auf Calheta und das Meer. Wir hatten wirklich eine schöne Zeit!

Die Kommunikation mit Ana war perfekt. Ein tolles Haus. Das einzige, wenn der Rasen bewässert wird, gibt es kein Wasser im Haus.

Perfect stay on Madeira

There is not much left to say. The house is gorgeous, clean and perfectly furnished, nothing is missing. The pool is also beautiful and very clean, in addition it is quiet and the view is incredibly beautiful. Also the owner and her brother are very friendly and accommodating.
