Our property is located a 5-minute walk from the shores of Lake Caldonazzo (European Blue Flag). Caldonazzo is an ideal destination for nature lovers, sports enthusiasts, and animal lovers; it’s the perfect spot whether you “just” want to relax or are looking to plan your own sporting adventures (we have plenty of helpful tips to help you plan your sports and recreational activities). Whether you enjoy climbing or hiking in the mountains, are a water sports enthusiast, or love cycling, Caldonazzo is the place for you!

The house is equipped with various amenities, including air conditioning, a smart heating system, an alarm system and video surveillance, a fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed internet. You’ll have access to a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom on the first floor, while the second floor features two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace.

From the living area, you can access the private 400-square-meter garden, adjacent to our dog park. We’ve also expanded the outdoor spaces with a large terrace featuring a state-of-the-art Hydropool hot tub for your exclusive use, a large table, awnings, a locked storage shed for sports equipment, an outdoor gym for bodyweight exercises, lounge chairs, a hammock, a private indoor parking spot, and a spacious garden.
