"The location is great. The hotel is right at the airport, which is very convenient as you don't waste time on transportation.
A hotel vehicle provides free transportation for guests between the arrival/departure terminal and the hotel.
The staff are polite and helpful.

"Great location and clean room… but all in all poor value for money. Amenities are meh and the property is quite old… I had multiple misunderstandings with the staff… laundry service I had to pay 60usd for a few t-shirts because they understood Express, also needed and extra night (after 7 nights booked) and they only offered me a room at double what I paid…. Staff did not care about the laundry misunderstanding and just charged me.. for that price, very unprofessional and unfriendly. Not coming...

"Wifi is unstable, rooms are clean bathrooms it depends what you consider clean! Breakfast is good, co working space is not available on floor 1, the do have a room to reserve but only one. For a 5 star hotel it lacks the wow factor and the amenties. Staff are great!"

"We had a great room. Very spacious. Comfortable King bed and double sink bathroom with shower and separate bath. We had a great view over Copacabana beach.
The roof top pool and bar were awesome and we made use of the steam sauna but gave the gym a miss.
The restaurant served a good breakfast.
Staff were helpful with good English.
Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Came here for Carnaval, do it was a busy time of year. The property is situated in the middle part of the famous Copacabana Beach with short walk to the metro station. The check-in was easy and quick. We had a room on top of building with partial view of the beach. Christ the Redeemer was also visible through our windows. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom appears more dated. The rooftop bar was literally within 50 feet of our room. It provided an excellent view of the beach...

"The rooftop pool had wonderful views but minimal seating. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices. The hotel overall definitely needs an upgrade. The first room assigned to us had mildew (mold) on the pictures and curtains. The carpet was stained. We got another room with vinyl flooring instead of carpeting and it had been painted however the walls were dusty and dirty. Great location and good staff."

"The internet inside the room never worked!! I need to be close the room’s door. They don’t have amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast was poor, the service was slow, so you needed to wait for hot water, or fruit or the eggs!!!

"Th service was really great at this boutique hotel! The breakfast was delicious every morning, the locations was amazing, beach front but in a calmer part of Copacabana, not in the middle of the action. It was nice to go outdoors but then come home to a more peaceful corner of the neighborhood at night. There were a lot of cute restaurants nearby. The only downside is the our room was very small, but I guess that’s expected with a boutique hotel. The pool and gym were also small but they worked....
