"Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Facilities good, food options good with the services next door as well as the hotel restaurant/breakfast. Parking convenient and cheap. Rooms very basic but clean. Overall perfectly comfortable! Would recommend."

"Cool room and great restaurants in hotel. Nice outdoor area. Gym is used for PT sessions at the busiest times so not ideal for hotel guests to use. The sockets in the room and some of the fixings in need of repair and tired. Bed too firm and the room was too dark overall"

"Very convenient to Heathrow. Google maps recommendation was to bus from terminal two and transfer but we found it more convenient to take the train to terminal five and then it was a short bus ride. Bus stop to and from the airport is right in front of the hotel, which is perfect Very friendly staff and nice rooms. Unfortunately the air-conditioning wasn’t working and it was 30°C in our rooms. "I reguarly stay here before returning home flying from Terminal 5,it is only 20 minutes in a taxi. The Hotel is extremely well located and all of the Staff are always very helpful"

"Great pub, handy located, great service, parking on the street close by very affordable as long as you are away with the car during the day (paid is 0800 till 20:00) so if you come in after 19:00 and leave around 0900 you pay 2 pound for the parking"
