"The experience was wonderful with the building in a corner of the main square with inspiring views towards the outer harbour. Staff were professional and friendly with both receptionists kind, helpful and positive. Cleaning staff too were courteous and capable.
Amenities were very welcome with a beautiful ground floor area with tables to sit and relax for a complimentary coffee or tea and madeleine. The rooftop solarium has spectacular views and resort style furnishings, a very positive...

"Apartment was clean, comfortable and in a good location, close to restaurants and shops. However the air conditioner was not working. Called reception and reported issue. A short time later they called back and said everything looks good on our side but refused to send out maintenance to verify even when I told them it was not working properly and the temp was at 25.5C. Thermostat was set at 19C. The next day I was contacted to see if problem still existed, yes it did! Technician came right out...

"It was such a great stay in the old part of the Central Zone of Cadiz. It’s right next to the ocean and a few parks that are within walking distance. Front desk was helpful in checking in quickly and checking out, as well as able to request taxis for me to get around if needed. The stay was very big, nice new appliances as if you just moved into a new apartment! So you can cook, buy groceries, left overs for you to eat there if you wanted! The bed was very comfortable and the shower space was...

"The apartment was quiet and clean.
It was a bit dark inside because half of the windows faced the street.
Overall, the rooms were good.
However, the hot water system needs some attention as it sometimes has trouble starting."

"The apartment is excellently located in the Cádiz Old Town, close to Cathedral Square. Communication with Rey, was very quick and helpful. The entrance procedure was very easy. The apartment is in a quirky old building, very charming. 6 of us stayed for 2 nights. The beds were very comfortable and there was everything we needed. Because of the architecture of the building, the stairs to the apartment were quite steep, but this wasn’t a problem for us. We would definitely stay there again if...

"L'appartement Paraiso Malecon de Cadiz avec Lorena est très agréable, situé dans une petite rue pleine de charme. Les échanges avec Alicia ont été excellents : elle donne de super conseils, se soucie réellement du confort de ses hôtes et reste très disponible. Le parking payant n'est pas très loin et beaucoup moins cher qu'à Malaga, un vrai soulagement d’avoir une place sécurisée. Et séjourner à Cadiz, quel bonheur !"
