"I would never stay here again. Extremely small room, just a bed with no room to walk around. The room smelled damp and musty. There was a broken down car and tons of trash behind our room. Zero amenities. Pay the extra dollars to stay at the Garland. This place is NOT a hotel!"

"Property is in a good location for the parks and has a good restaurant and bar. Biggest issue for me was my room backed on to the lift shaft which meant I had a very noisy stay and trouble sleeping. I asked for a room change but hotel was full and staff really didn’t care."

"I never write these kinds of reviews but our stay here was phenomenal. The room was perfect for our crew! Separate bedroom, 2 beds in the main room. Could have used an extra bathroom but we knew what we were getting into lol. Stayed here 3 nights with 6 humans in the one suite. We had the room serviced each day which was lovely. Some places won’t do it unless you have a longer stay. The “breakfast” was lacking? But again we knew what we were getting and planned. There’s a donut place right next...

"the room was ok and clean, but rhey do abuse of the clean products wirh heavy smell... after awhile, the smell was gone (or i got use to). I am very disappointed that the parking is not included... it is just silly not to put the total price. the room have one light off, which never was fixed even we report it since our first night. the bar is small and ok for a relax moment. overall, these area is overprice... insuppose universal studios is a hidden price to pay."
