"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stay was comfortable. Shower water would often spill around toilet so perhaps they could work on fixing that (if possible). And the toilet douche was corroded (not hygienic to use). Location was good distance to Kuta beach and various shopping. I would stay here again in future. Price was also very affordable and fair. "

"Whole stay was a wonderful experience. Probabaly one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. Everyone of the staff was really kind helpful and friendly. Everything was exquisite. I recommend this hotel to everyone. My wife and i really enjoyed our stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at this resort. What made it was the staff they go over and beyond to make your stay as great as it can be. The meals at the dining area tasted great and were affordable. The breakfest had variaty and was a good start to the day sitting around the main pool with the crashing waves within site. "Highly recommend staying here! The staff are so kind and willing to help. We got upgraded. The room is clean, you feel safe, buffet breakfast, and room service. Can’t recommend this place enough. "
