"The property was exactly as advertised and contained everything we needed for our stay. The location was very convenient -only 15 mins out of Jindabyne and less than half an hour to Kosciuszko NP. The tiny house was surrounded by bushland and farmland, and there was plenty of wildlife spotting. Craig was welcoming and accommodating, and his thoughtfulness in establishing the accommodation is evident. I would definitely recommend Big Yard Escapes as a peaceful getaway from the city or the grind. "

"The house is located in a nice, quiet, suburban part of jindy. The configuration of the house allows for a comfortable stay for a large family. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would want in a holiday home. The photos do not serve justice to the house, the backyard and patio area and view of lake jindabyne is amazing to wake up to."

"Great place in a fabulous location.Remember to bring coffee for the excellent coffee machine. There is no WiFi nor access to Free to Air or streaming Apps so BYO and bring some games for the kids."

"We absolutely had a wonderful stay. Location was brilliant!!
However, I was bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. I found it hard to believe that the place had been cleaned earlier that same day. That is what the correspondence I received stated would be happening.
There were dead flies on most window ledges & on the floor. There were biscuit crumbs on the coffee table, pet hair all over the rug and the bbq was extremely dirty!
