"It’s not the Ritz Carlton but this little Best Western, right on the waterfront was perfect for my conference stay. The staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met and so accommodating. The breakfast is a great bonus. My room was huge, well kept and clean. Would definitely stay again!"

However the inside of the hotel such be excellent in appearance when it comes to cleanliness, considering the pricing of the stay there. The room #245 where I stayed was not clean upon my arrival. The carpet in the hallways had stains on them, elevator flooring was not mopped, ice machine on the 4th floor did not work, had to go to the 3rd...

"The staff is AMAZINGLY kind and welcoming. However, there is no breakfast so don't be fooled with Expedia portraying it as a hotel with breakfast. The do have coffee and juice around the clock. Lots in the area near by to walk to. Other guest was more of my issue than anything within the control of hotel. Fighting at 3AM was obnoxious. "

"The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The room was modern and very comfortable. The downside was that loud music was playing for several hours in the pool area. We finally called the front desk at 1am about it. The staff said that they had not been able to hear it from inside. They were apologetic and took care of it immediately. Just wish we had called down sooner. Overall a good stay."
